Prenatal Massage
Prenatal massage does many things that a regular massage does– to relax tense muscles, ease sore spots, improve circulation and mobility and makes you feel good. But it’s also tailored specifically to meet the needs of pregnant women and their changing bodies. Our therapists use a special table or pad with hollowed-out areas and special pillows to accommodate your belly and your breasts so you can lie face-down.
Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy is the practice of using natural oils extracted from flowers, bark, stems, leaves, roots or other parts of a plant to enhance holistic well-being. The inhaled aroma from these “essential” oils is widely believed to stimulate brain function. It is used for a variety of applications, including pain relief, mood enhancement, and increased cognitive function.

Hot Stone Massage
Hot stone massage is a specialty massage where the therapist uses smooth, heated stones as an extension of their own hands, or by placing them on the body. The heat can be both deeply relaxing and help warm up tight muscles so the therapist can work more deeper and quicker.
Cupping Therapy
Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. There are different methods of cupping, including:
Dry, Wet
During both types of cupping, your therapist will put a flammable substance such as alcohol, herbs, or paper in a cup and set it on fire. As the fire goes out, he puts the cup upside down on your skin. As the air inside the cup cools, it creates a vacuum. This causes your skin to rise and redden as your blood vessels expand. The cup is generally left in place for up to 3 minutes.

Swedish Massage
Swedish massage commonly known as the ”relaxing massage”, increases the oxygen flow in the blood and releases toxins from the muscles. Techniques used — stroking and gliding; kneading; rubbing; tapping or pounding; vibration.
Deep-tissue Massage
Deep-tissue massage is a specific massaging therapy that ruminates on the deep layers of muscle and fascia in the body and is one of the most recommended treatment alternatives by doctors.
A study in the Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine found that people’s blood pressure fell after a single 45 – 60 minute deep tissue massage. Additionally, a 2010 meta-analysis in the Journal of Clinical Psychiatry found that massage techniques like deep tissue reduce stress hormone levels and heart rate and triggers the release of Oxycontin and serotonin which are good for relaxation.

Couple Massage
Couples’ Massage is an amazingly relaxing, personal experience. During the session, two people receive massages at the same time and in the same room from two different therapists. You can be in your most relaxed state with the person you wish to be, which is one of the better bonding opportunities you might get. Both of you can have blissful moments where you feel like children again together.
Foot massage
Foot massage is the most common type of massage. Although literally, anyone can do a foot massage, the experience that you get from foot massages by certified professionals is very different from the average foot massage.

Stress Relief Therapy There might be many reasons why people might try massage therapy, but stress relief is to be the most popular.
